pARTners for Sharing
The Del Rio Council for the Arts is very excited to invite you to participate in the 19th annual pARTners for Sharing Art Show.
This exhibition is open to all Del Rio youth between the ages of 5-18.
The purpose of this project is to seek out artwork created by young artists.
2024 Student Art Show
Fifty works of art will be selected by DRCA members and
displayed in the Firehouse Gallery from March 1-30.
Eligibility Requirements
Entrants must be between the ages of 5 and 18
Only one work may be submitted per artist
Artwork must be original and completed in the last year
Must be either 8 1/2 x 11 or 11 x 14
Must meet size requirements to qualify
May be in any media, but must be two-dimensional
Should not be on canvas, hard board, matted or framed
Must be labeled with one entry form
Artwork that has been exhibited previously is not eligible
All work must be received at the Firehouse by 2pm, Saturday, February 17.
Important Dates
Saturday, February 17, 2pm-entry deadline
Saturday, February 24 - selected artists notified by phone
First Friday, March 1-opening reception at the Firehouse Gallery, 6-9pm
