This three course dinner is the perfect Valentine’s Day gift open to 12 couples. The menu for this special
night will be as follows:
Appetizer: Potato & Leek Soup with bacon and herb goat cheese
Entrée: Surf & Turf: Steak & Lobster served with mushroom risotto and a side of roasted brussel sprouts
and roasted yellow squash
Dessert: Marbled Strawberry Blondie for two
Bottle of Champagne
